We will be in the new Texas Citizens Bank Building at 4949 Fairmount Parkway this summer.

Texas Citizens Bank is a “Boutique Private Bank”. We are currently in our temporary locations at 4130 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena and 17041 El Camino Real, Clear Lake. Construction on Texas Citizens Bank’s permanent Fairmont facility will be completed this summer. The construction of our permanent Clear Lake location began in the first quarter of this year and should be completed this fall.

Wesley A. Morehead, Tom Watson, Michael L. Cornett and Ervin Lev make up the management team of the bank. In addition to Morehead, Watson and Cornett; Duncan Stewart, Kenneth Love, Bill Bailey and George Dempsey are organizing directors of the bank. Terry Brotherton, Jack Howard, Dub Kelly and Rosalie Kuntz serve as Advisory Directors. Texas Citizens Bank is a nationally chartered bank.
