Who We Share With, and When
We will not share information
about customers or former customer with nonaffiliated third parties.
A nonaffiliated third party is an
organization outside our corporate family.
Occasionally, the law requires us

providing quality bank services, we are permitted to share information with

When our customers write a check
to a merchant, we will respond to an inquiry from that party to verify if there
are sufficient funds in the account to pay the check.

with our affiliates. Affiliates are other financial service providers
that are members of our corporate family.

When you visit our website to view
any pages, read product information, or use our online calculators and tools,
you do so without giving us any information that identifies you
